RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we will gladly refund you for the item or exchange your item for another. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items should be returned in the condition they were received, and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn.

Refunds will be credited back the original form of payment used when you placed your order, minus the shipping cost. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it could take 2 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card account.
At this time, we do not provide exchanges.
You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable, and they offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back to you using standard ground delivery.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
We cannot offer automatic exchanges for purchases outside the United States. If you need a different size, color, or version of the item you got, please return your order in accordance with the guidelines above and place a new order at the Crown and Nails website for the desired item.
It is important to note that:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping when the return is given the all-clear to ship.
- Your replacement item(s) will be delivered at no additional cost when your return has been received and processed, or we will refund your money.
- Your original item will be mailed back if the return is rejected.
